Description: A 100% acrylic water based Concrete Sealer that dries water clear. Penetrates, binds and hardens primarily for concrete surfaces. VOC compliant with the Canadian Clean Air Act and U.S. EPA concentration limits.

Features: Strengthens top layer, prevents spalling, stain resistant barrier, prevents premature aging, hard wearing, prevents efflorescence, non-yellowing. Is a dust proofing. Applies milky for easier application coverage.

Uses: Surface protector for concrete driveways, exposed aggregate driveways, concrete patios, concrete warehouse floors, interlocking pavers, concrete blocks, bricks, stucco.

NOTE: Spread rate 125 to 250 sq ft per 1 Gal – depending on surface porosity.
